Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
Our team manages the design, procurement and installation of owner provided furniture, fixtures & equipment. Our knowledge of the entire process allows us to ensure the proper coordination with the design and construction teams to provide seamless installation to maintain project schedules and inspections.
Commissioning
Blue Water provides a complete range of building and mechanical system commissioning. We understand early coordination of the owner's system performance requirements with the design and construction team helping to ensure proper installation, start up and performance of critical building systems. We engage the project team throughout the design and construction phases to ensure start up procedures are properly followed and documented and perform functional testing to verify system operation.
Inspection Services
Blue Water performs construction draw inspections as well as a full range of construction quality and punch list inspections. We manage the punch list and project closeout phases to ensure as-builts and all warranty documentation is provided.
