Our team provides project cost analysis continuously through out the process. We are vigilant to monitor the design and product choices made and their impact on the budget. We provide alternate methods and product choices that can reduce time and cost while keeping the project goals in site.
Schedule and Coordination
Blue Water creates a master project schedule that covers all aspects and phases of the project including design, permitting, construction, FFE, punch and occupancy. Our approach enables us to orchestrate all of the project stakeholders and work to keep the project's goals in focus.
Contractor Selection
Blue Water has extensive regional and national contacts thus enabling us to select and create a qualified bidders list of prime and trade contractors that best meet the project requirements. We conduct thorough pre-bid meetings with the contractors to review and refine the project scopes to ensure that the bid packages are complete.
